Radiator replacement
Radiator replacement in a 1990 sealed system. Would you go with an aluminum and plastic radiator or a copper and brass radiator?

BTW, suggestion: do yourself a favor, and while the radiator is out, check your fan clutch. If it's starting to go, it's WAY easier to replace it with the radiator pulled. A bad fan clutch will hurt your cooling ability a lot, so if in doubt, it's only a $50 part and worth the replacement, especially now that it's getting hot out there

Do you still have the plastic bottle? In 90 jeep still had the plastic bottle on the firewall that always blows up. If you still have it I would suggest buying a radiator for a 91 and above that had the radiator cap and recovery bottle. They are the same deminsions and work just fine, all I had to do was find a recovery bottle that set just below the old plastic bottle, and I had to buy a new heater control valve for about $26. I also found that solid brass radiator worked best for me.
