Default Power window problems...

Have scoured the reaches of the Internet and this forum....and nobody seems to have had the exact same issue as me. I have an 89 Cherokee Laredo 4.0, power everything...or should have. My power windows just suddenly stopped working on me and I have checked the wiring in the door jamb and everything checks out. My power locks work (kinda), but no power at all to the windows, and I have tracked it down to the circut breaker. The is no power coming from the fuse panel to the circut breaker. Could I just have a bad ground somewhere? Any input I'd greatly appreciated

Are other things not working ?
No ground would not cause no voltage at fuse panel. You have a factory clock ? Does it work?

I just got all my other interior electronics working yesterday. The ignition switch connectors melted and arced. Got that fixed and now the only problem is the power windows. I am about ready to just go to the jy and salvage 4 manual doors

I've replaced the fuse for it and followed the wire and there's nothing wrong with them but the windows aren't getting power

Well check fuse first, second open up your door pull cable that goes to door out, unplug the wire you got corrosion so scrap it off and feed the cable back in saves you hundreds of dollars cause the rain gets in ,new motor 150 labour another 150
