Default Pic Request - Stock with Fresh Rear Springs

I need to replace my rear springs cos they are on their arse - does anyone have a picture of a before and after with the rear where it should be stock.

either that or I'm thinking 3 inch lift !!

Stock should measure 17" from wheel center to fender.

that's where it is at the moment but the springs look flat - almost inverted at times

well if stock is 17 inches and mine is sitting at 17 inches but the springs look almost inverted will new springs make it higher and not like a middle aged womans behind !!

my springs looked flat too so i stuck hockey pucks under the front and rear of the helper springs and that sat the rear end up 2-2.5 inches... it took all of 20 mins and cost me $4.38 at WalMart
