parasitic Draw
I have been chasing a parasitic draw. Now the test light between negative pole and battery cable is very dim, multimeter reads 105 milliamps, is that normal?

Year make and model? And it is the key switch on the driver's door worn out.

Does the 1990 have the security system with the flashing light on top of the dash? I would check but I'll just ask you instead.

If you have the security system, which I think you do, the body control module goes through a series of 'shut down steps'. If the key switch is worn out on either front door, or both as was the case in mine, the alarm won't set like it's supposed to. The BCM starts out at about 100ma, then cuts down to 40ish, then finally after about 40 seconds goes to 12ma or so. If those switches aren't telling the bcm that the lock is in the lock position, the bcm won't 'go to sleep' as described above because it thinks the door is being unlocked.
Also affected I think, is the rear glass switch, another frequent fail point
I'm talking about the small switch on the back of the key lock cylinders. Hope this applies.
