I was wondering where I could find the paint code on my jeep.

It on the sticker at the end of the drivers door, it should be a 3 digit code (PJ8) or something like that.

If the sticker is no longer there are you can't seem to find it you can visit www.jeep.com and request a build sheet with your vin# that should have all the info on your jeep you need.

I got a build sheet from Jeep about a year ago. Have they dropped the 89s off of their build sheet list since then?

thieve dropped the 89 off the list but ended up calling the dealer and they pulled it up off of the vin #

I e-mailed Jeep.com about them dropping the Renix era Jeeps from their available build sheet list but as of tonight they haven't e-mail a reply.

I was just looking at this on mine last night with the body shop guy....

There's a VIN plate under the hood, on the driver's side of the firewall, right below the windshield (kinda in between the power booster and the hood hinge).

It's rivited in to the firewall so it should be there. That plate will have all the info you're looking for.

I would take a photo, but I don't have access to the Jeep.
