Voltage regulator on the alternator could be shot. Get it tested. See what it's putting out

Edit: read the original post. Same response. Test it again. It can't be over charging the battery if the alt tests fine. Your literally seeing what the alternator is charging the battery at. It doesn't recharge on solar energy. I promise

Yep, that is over charging alright. You just might need to replace the ECM, but check the wiring between the alternator and the ECM first.

So.you said check the wiring well I did there was a msd ignition box hooked up which was takin off by previous owner before me.but left that horrible dangerous wiring there.could this be causing it? I mean u start it starts right up rev it up to 2k rpms and that battery gauge just flys up fast too.

He said when he got it he had to keep charging the battery on his way home looked under the hood and noticed the alt was unplugged obviously because the *** that sold it knew it overcharged.and I am thinking it has to do with that wiring pcm seems fine
