Why are you replacing it? Is it leaking? Why replace it if it's working fine, and isn't a wear item?

Replacing the radiator and decided I should upgrade that as well

Between the 70264 and 70268? Main difference is the core thickness....1 3/4" thick vs only 3/4" thick. 70264 has more cooling capacity and a slightly smaller footprint. It also has wider tubes, more surface area, more heat rejection. It's just a bigger cooler.....except for height/width.
