nss bypass
hi guys,
i'm kinda new to this forum but let me just say what a great thing this is!!!i don't mean to beat a dead horse on this issue but i'm in a jam.i have a 1992 cherokee & a 1996 that are daily drivers for both my wife & i. on the 1992 the nss is going & has been for a while.. i have no rev lights & have had the no start issue sporadically(when its pouring rain or sub arctic temp).. been under the car & adjusted the nss w/ great sucess..my question is what wires specifically do you need to bypass this switch..i know the safety issues & i'm going to replace the unit just NOT IN THE FREZING COLD..lol I work the night shift in a neonatal intensive care unit at america's 1st hospital and i can't afford to be laying on the ground in the freezing cold jerking off the nss w/ the12mm wrench i carry with me..i'm not a moron & dont ever leave my car in gear& am the only one who drives this vehicle..i just dont want to get filthy or frozen to the asphalt just to get homesome pics or diagrams would help of which 2 cavities need to be jumped.i changed the one on the 96 so i know whats involved..the wires seem to be a different colour on the 92..thx,
