Nuetral safety switch. Are you getting fuel? (fuel/spark/air is needed)
There a million no-start threads on here, keep searching and poking around the forum.

Crank position sensor, replace the f-ing crank position sensor for crap sakes! A neutral safety switch will cause a no crank problem, you have a no spark problem. Do a search on "no spark" and you will see that the crank sensor is the problem 99% of the time.

Could be the cam sensor, the ASD relay, or the #20 fuse (I think that is the correct number fuse) under the hood. PCMs don't fail very often.

i am having the same problem. i replaced the cps and coil and still no spark. after i did all that i was checking all my fuses under the hood and the eng control fuse was blown. i put a new fuse in there and it just pops when i turn the key on. now i put a jumper wire in the and it didnt get hot and it fired right up. i started to have all these problems after a trip up to the badlands. i went into some deep water and some mud. i was wondering if i need a new ecm. oh its a 95 with a 4.0

If that fuse is blowing, check the wiring to the O2 sensor for a short to ground.
