Missing A/C fan???

Missing A/C fan???
Bought a 94 Cherokee, first thing I noticed is how the Radiator fan and clutch sit the the right side of the vehicle, and also noticed it looks like there should be another fan next to it, is there supposed to be an electric fan for the a/c???
