Do you have an impact? Can you get an impact on it? Either with the impact or breaker turn the bolt and hit it with a hammer on the other end. Start with a brass or soft hammer and see if that gets you anywhere. If that doesn't hit it with a big sledge, the end of the bolt is tapered so it will take a bit of a beating before you will destroy threads.

Once you get it to where its even with the control arm, put a punch on the end and hit the punch, all the while keep moving the bolt with an impact or breaker bar.

Also if the other three links are still connected, put a bottle jack under the pinion and try to move it up or down. By rotating the housing you might take enough stress off the bolt to help get it out.

good idea listen to him and if all else fails use some heat on it but be prepared for some stink and fire from the bushing

heat big hammer and then a new bolt and nut.. If the nut is off BP Blaster won't help much. Get some heat and a big hammer and pound away.

Best idea yet!! You can get a new bolt very easy, and you are replacing the control arms anyway. Sawsall time!! That will be your easiest fix!! If it's rusted to the bushing sleeve, it may not come out!!
