Headlight housing brackets to the carbody
Hi !
Just bought myself a Cherokee -99. Through closer look at both headlights I realized they were both very loose. I took off the covering plastic frames and could not really work out why they are so loose now standing on each turnlight housings. The adjustment screws are there (2 pcs) and there is a device in each bottom for the height adjustment from the dash. Can anyone let me know how they are supposed to be secured or tightened to the car body ? A scanned drawing, picture from a vehicle anything would be great. I suspect there should be some springs pulling the headlight housing towards the carbody.
