Default Loud banging in front end?

So I just replaced all the hoses, temp gauge sensor and flushed the radiator. Took it out to get gas since it was on empty this was my first drive in the jeep since I bought last weekend. But anyways I hear and feel a loud banging sound in the front end every time I hit a bump which is every minute since i live on dirt roads. Looked for a while and couldn't find the source. It has a 3" rc lift with tubular lower control arms. No sure what it could be everything looks tight . Any ideas guys?

If it doesn't do it when you physically push down on the front end and you have jacked it up and checked the wheels, anyone's guess is as good as yours. You will find it if you keep looking, pulling things, looking at bushings etc.

I had the same thing happen to me. My problem turned out being front sway bar mounts on the frame were so worn out, that you could push it up and down and hear the bang. Maybe take a look at that! Easy and cheap to change!

Loose or a stock track bar that has been relocated instead of an adj. one used. But check it first for tightness and see if the hole is out of round where it mounts.

One way to check a lot of these issues is to park on a solid surface and you crawl under the front and have someone move the steering wheel back and forth slowly to check for worn or loose parts.

I looked at all the steering components and everything was tight and now lubed up, but I did find the issue, whoever put on the glass pack muffler put to long of a hanger so the pipe was resting on the cross member for the trans. Simple fix haha but while I was under the front did notice the ball joints had play in them. How much is the rate for a shop to replace.
