i have a 3" rough country aal and full coils and my aal if sagging and im wanting to know what the best upgrade would be for ride and how long they will go with out sagging. im looking at 2" rough country full leafs and using my 1.5" blocks with those. or getting rustys 3.5" full leafs a friend of mine has 6.5" rustys full packs and they ride rough and i would like to still have an ok ride. so whats the best bang for my buck? thanks for any imput .

try a longer shackle... Comanche shackles will add 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch for a cheap fix

this is what i have. but they ended up giving me 4" of lift. there's absolutely no better deal price-wise. they were $243 shipped to my door. and they have bushings already installed.

Why not 3" full packs, from RC or anywhere. It will ride much better than your AAL evr did. 6.5" lift WILL always ride rough compared to a 3" lift. Rusty's, RC, OME are the softest sprung (lower spring rates) lift I have seen.

I have a 6.5" RC and it's not bad at all. Mine is a Daily/Offroader and it's good to me

ditch the blocks, get full packs, call it a day. your friends 6.5" full pack might be riding rough because of his shocks, thats a key factor in ride comfort. sorry to tell you but you chose to drive an xj, no matter what you do, its still gonna be a bumpy ride...

Rusty's also sells the full packs. Thats what I'm looking into now. I haven't heard a whole lot either way on them though.
