Did you find out the pressure when off? I have been thinking about this all night and can't think of anything else. I was going to suggest the map sensor, but you already did that. What about computer? I doubt that this is the issue, but at this point I would try everything. I forget, did you try the TPS?
I dont know how the 92 is different, but you might go ahead and try a new fuel pump, it is a pain in the ***, but might be worth it.

I was just out there and was able to keep it running on starter fluid (dangerous but had to try) so it has to be some kind of fuel delivery problem. The whole time it was running it still read about 32-35 psi. I'm pretty sure that's too low so i'm gonna order a fuel pump right now. Thanks for all your help guys! I will keep you posted.

Well my Haynes manual says its the ECU that controls the signal to the injectors on fuel delivery. But is there a sensor or anything in between that could cause it to drop to 0.00 volts after it starts?

Figured it out!
Borrowed a friends jeep today to swap parts off of. The zero voltage reading on the injector had me thinking it was either the MAP sensor or the ECU. I swapped the MAP sensor first and no help, then put his ECU on my Jeep and RAN FINE!!!
Finally I got this figured out. I even have a friend that works at autozone who can get my money back on the fuel pump. Thanks to all who helped me out on this. And hopefully this helps someone else out one day in a search.

my buddy's comanche was doing the same thing. it was a short in the crank position sensor wiring. the exhaust manifold melted the wires.
