Interior Power went out

Interior Power went out
Hello everyone, this is my first post here on the forum and I'm looking for some help!
I drive a 1997 Grand Cherokee 5.2 4x4.
Today while driving home from work I was listening to the radio and hit a bump while driving. As soon as the car went over the small bump the radio went out, the display, and the backlighting on all the gauges. I replaced the relay (12v) in the passengers side glove box, no other relay was ticking nor was any other fuse blown. when pushing my hazard button and turn signal button everyone turned back on and off within a half second leading me to believe that everything is connected, the fuses are good. I can only think of a electrical error or relay perhaps. What do you guys think? 135k on the clock. thanks
