instrumental cluster gauges and radio all not working
So earlier today my gauges and radio were working just fine, but now neither of them are working. i checked all fuses and they are fine. I took out the gauge cluster and checked the connections and they seemed fine. This sucks and i have no clue what to do about it.

Is it a stock stereo or aftermarket? Did you check for power at the fuse?
If you have a aftermarket radio did they use your cluster lights for power?
Also check your grounds.

It could be your ignition switch, my 87 is like that...try turning it on, then quickly toggling it off and on, not killing the engine...

Did you visually check your fuse or did you put a volt/ohm meter on the fuse and test for power on both sides of the fuse. Once, on a 1987 model I owned a Feed wire came off the back of the fuse block taking a couple circuits out at once. Also double check the connection on top of the steering column if a 1999 has them there. On a Cherokee I would find and inspect all grounds especially if you live in the rust belt.

you said it has power, but what about a ground. It takes both to make it work. I'm not sure if a 99 has connections on top of the steering column, But my 1993 does. Also, did you fix your cluster gauges?
