Buy a headliner kit online for $60 OR buy some headliner fabric at the fabric store and buy some headliner glue from auto parts store. The Permatex headliner glue is identical (in my experience) to the 3M stuff. Make sure the can says headliner.
Roll the farbric out, trim so you have six inches of overhang. Fold the stuff back 1/2 so you're doing 1/2 at a time. Spray the glue on the fabric and on the substrate. Wait a while (read the can) the put the fabric in place. The glue will grab immediately. Smooth with your clean hands. Resist the urge to crawl on the substrate with your hands and knees while doing this and it'll turn out nicer.
Last tip - you fold the edge over the substrate at the front because there is no trim there. Leave enough fabric to roll over the edge and glue down.
It's pretty easy, actually...
I didn't like WLS Headliners. They shipped the kit with the fabric folded. I had a clothing steamer and it took me forty minutes to get the creases out. If all you had is a steaming iron, you'd be there for two hours fooling with it. Otherwise their stuff is good...just the sloppiest, most careless shipping I've ever seen, bar none.
One other thing...the substrate must be clean - no glue residue. And don't peel away the clear plastic...it is heat laminated to the substrate and must be there to get a good glue job.

We just buy the material at the fabric store, like Hancock Fabrics, the material comes with a foam backing.
Its cheap too, no need to give $60 to someone on fleabay because you don't know where to buy it.

Fabric store is the way to go. Pull it out and do it on a nice, sunny day. Get all of the old fabric off, and then use a scrub brush to get rid of the rest of the foam that's left on the headliner backing. It should come off pretty easily if your headliner is already falling down. Then, use some 3M 77 spray glue to glue it back on. Take your time. When you spray the glue on, I'd suggest doing it in sections. Start in the middle and work your way out. With the 3M glue, spray it on both surfaces to be glued. Wait about a minute before you lay it down. Be sure you're doing it right because you'll never get it off again. You can find 3M 77 at Wal-Mart. It's a pretty easy job.

Try to find a way to hang the headliner so it doesn't get dirty...in a garage...and spend two hours with a steamer and you won't care. If Joanne fabrics can do it...so can WLS.
