I need help, turn signal and hazard went out
A friend of mine hooked a constant wire from my head unit to the fuse for the flashers and hazard lights, It's a 20 amp fuse, well the turn signals and flashers went out front and rear, the fuse is still good, how do I fix this? I removed the radio unit and the wire from the fuse, but they still dont work and the fuse is still good.

Take a multi meter and see if you are getting power at the fuse. Fuses can look good and be burned out so check both poles of the fuse to see if you have power. If you have power at the fuse, something broke down stream from the fuse. You will need to trace the wire down which should go into your combination switch and hazard switch and check for power there to rule out the wire having burned between the switches and the fuse

I need the diagram for the under the hood relay box and to know which fuse or relay to replace that controls the turn signals and flashers.

So, the big boy fuse in the distrubution box blew, i replaced with a fuse, it blew a couple days later, i replaced 2 other times, all blew, the right turn signal is blinking on and off kinda slow and funny, the left turn signal is fine. i just popped another fuse into the box tonight, was testing the signals out and the right one was blinking funny and then went out, pulled over and the fuse flew again. can a light bulb thats going bad make a fuse blow? or is there another culperate?

Do pre 97's have a flasher relay under the steering column like the newer ones? If they do that's what I would check. New one at autozone cost me $15 when I switched to LEDs

So the right rear (passenger rear) lights do not work at all. I installed new bulbs front and rear for the turn signals, but apparently my back box does not work at all, my right turn flasher blinks rapidly, i think this is because the whole box dont work but not sure. By box, im talking about the right rear brake, turn signal light box on the outside of the truck. It doesnt work at all. when I brake, no lights come on or use the right flasher, no lights either, like its dead, the driver side rear works just fine
