Default How to remove upper ball joints

HOW DO YOU REMOVE UPPER BALL JOINTS AND INSTALL THEM ON A 89 XJ? I HAVE THE WHEEL BEARING ASSEMBLY OUT. I DONT WANNA DAMAGE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE PRESSED ON.......THIS WAS ALOT EASIER ON MY CHEVY......I WELCOME MYSELF TO THE LAND OF JEEP
