You have to remove the bezel atleast i know that. There is bolts up on the top of the fender, down the front, and there is 2 that you have to open the door to go thru the door jam to get them.

Its very easy.
I just did both sides on mine. First get a Torx 27 and a T30. It should be 1\4 drive. Take the 2 side marker lights off and the left and right headlight bezel off. Then you will see 4 bolts coming out of the fenders with nuts on them. Take those off. Pop the hood. Take off all the remaining Torx screws off the radiator support. Its the piece connected to the header panel. When you get those off pull the grill assembly out and rest it on the bumper while you undo all the light sockets. Take the T27 and go to work. theres like 4 or5 at the top 2 at the bottom and 2 near the hinges that youll see when you open the door. Find the center of the wheel well and take off the 3 10mm nuts that hold the fender inner and flare together. you may be able to take just the center on off and give it a yank. Theres a support rod that is held on by the center. Be warned the 10mm bolts break EASY! I had to grind the old broken ones off use a 1/4" drill bit and weld in 1/4-20 bolts. then use fender washers to put the fender inner back on. you will also have to pull the inner away from the plastic push clips. And where the fender flare meets the front piece of plastic trim under the bumper. theres also one screw under the front holding it to the metal support. Good Luck! The more you do it the easier it is. I took one off in the junk yard in 15mins.
