Wow. That is an aweful pic. If you've got a D35 you can pick up gears at almost any 4x4 parts site. Check out 4wd.com or motionoffroad.com for gears. May as well get a rebuild kit while you're at it, those 35's won't exactly be easy on that turdy5. For a Chryco 8.25 rear motionoffroad is the spot for gears and lockers...

personally, i say its a waste of time and money regearing that axle. secondly, its not a diy job, requires special tools and knowledge of them. and paying someone isn't cheap, and not even many mechanics can do the job right. i have almost 2 grand in special tools just to set up ring and pinions.
but, if you wanna do the job, you need ring and pinion sets for both axles, master install kit covers all carrier and pinion bearings and pinion seal. also should replace outer axle bearings and seals while you're at it, they do not come with a master install kit. kit should have rtv or a gasket for the cover, and lastly is 3 bottles of gear oil. this is per axle. you must regear both.
you can have a machine shop do the press work for the pinion bearing, but you will not know if you are setting the pinion depth correctly. you need to have a way to set the preload on the pinion bearings, which is around 25 in/lb of turning force, not ft/lb (dial indicator in/lb torque wrench). and you need a dial indiator to set back lash. and know what the gear pattern should look like with the marking compound.
if this didn't make sense to you, you need help with the job.
