I took my rig for a drive, about 26 miles. Runs good all the time until suddenly engine stalled. Turn the key off and immediately started the engine again and running again.
Came home and it has not gave me any further problems.
Wire harness checked. Didn't saw any stripped or damaged wires. Fuel pump pressure is 40 PSI with pressure regulator connected and 60 PSI, regulator unplugged from vacuum hose.
Brand new filter installed once again. Don't know what else to do to fix this pain in the nuts problem.

Try this:
Grab a rubber mallet and give the tank some whacks while someone cranks the engine.
SOMETIMES there's crud or mechanical pieces in the fuel pump that can get stuck (especially when you run it out of gas), and you might be able to knock it loose. I've seen the mechanics at the shop I work at temporarily resurrect a dead fuel pump by doing this. It usually doesn't start back up again, but a lot of the time it'll run long enough to drive it from the lot into the shop.

Ok, never had the chance to pull the tank out today. Weather was crappy. I did, however, get the chance to beat the hell out of it with a rubber mallet. It is running now. I put a little more gas in it which was weird because after adding gas, the gas light came on! So I put a little more in it till it came back off. Now it runs and seems to run fine. I am still a little worried about driving it since when it did die, there was absolutely no warning. I think tomorrow I will take it around the block and a bunch of different angles to see if that makes any difference on how it runs. Hopefully it will make it until my next paycheck and I can get a new pump for it.

OK.
Fuel pump have a screen filter on the suction side of it. Even with this filter can this be happening?

I'd still go ahead with the fuel pump replacement.

Ok, after much head scratching, I found the problem. It wasn't fuel related at all! The thing that was getting me was I could cycle the key a couple of time then release the pressure in the fuel rail. The fuel rail was fully pressurized which made me think again that this was more of an electrical problem. I put a timing light on the #1 wire and turned the motor over and there was no light at all. Then I put it on the coil wire, same thing. I pulled the cap and rotor and cleaned everything then put it back together and it runs great. The cap and rotor are brand new so I am still a little concerned but after doing this, I get a light with the timing light and the Jeep runs great. I am going to replace the cap, rotor, and wires again. I am thinking maybe the coil as well.

I finish my rig fuel tank/pump check and the pump is ok. 40 PSI with pressure regulator connected to vacuum hose and 60 PSI disconnected. Fuel filter came quite a little bit dirty. Took out pump and started draining fuel. Final result on this: sediment on the bottom of tank. Substance looks alike ground coffee. Nothing like fuel sediment or other kind of sediment were found. A neighbor helped me trying to identify the material, but it was very coarse, not fine as dirt. Going to have the injectors checked and cleaned for any kind of future problem. Add some 2 cycle engine oil to fuel tank to help repel humidity and maintain a good fuel running.
Now fuel tank is clean once again. Hope this contaminant didn't came from any of the only two fuel stations where I buy it. If someone did this, damn, got my attention.
