vacuum leak?

vacuum leak?
My 2000 cherokee wants to idle really high when warm and some times you can hear a high pitched sound coming from somewhere under the hood. When I say high idle I mean between 1300 and 2000 rpms. How should I go about figuring out whats wrong with it?
