fuel pressure regulator
Update (somewhat) - i had a dakota with the same prob, fuel pressure regulator leaking off rail pressure when it sat over night.
It was 30 degrees when I left work this morning.
I read somewhere that someone was having a similar issue and would "double prime" the fuel pump. Basically turn the key on, then off, then on again.
Gave it a shot and while the Jeep had the slightest hesitation to start, it fired almost immediately, didnt die, and idled correctly.
I emailed the PO, and she stated she honestly has never had this problem on the past (I believe her).
Is it possible that when I degreased the motor something happended? Wet sensor or something?

After cleaning out the T-body it seems to have corrected the issue for the most part. I still turn the key on and let it sit for a few seconds before cranking her and she fires right up.
Now to increse the fuel economy......

Spark Plugs and Coil Pack
I have tried everything I could, cleaned my throttle body, changed my battery, fuel pump, I feel like there is more but I cant think of them but I finally think I found out what it was. I changed my spark plugs and coil pack and I think it played a big role that I made sure the gap was at .035. Starts up beautiful each time, even at -20F its firing right up so if you have this problem I'd start by checking the gap on your spark plugs. Good luck!
