I have replaced all vacuum lines. I have tested all vacuum lines. There are no leaks. I only have heat coming out of defrost vents, it is winter in Chicago, my feet are cold. Please help me.

There is a plastic cover on the bottom of the dash on the right side, held on with two screws, which covers one of the vacuum motors (it's just a diaphragm that pulls the door ) The heater blower resistor is also in that area, ( for reference )
Maybe it's not the one that you need to check, but it's accessible for you to see if it moves with the controls...and you can look at the vac hoses in there etc...

If you want to review the vacuum lines in the engine bay, open this link and scroll down to post #51.

You'll see an HVAC check valve. Is it there?

You'll also see a broken vacuum line to the check valve. Is it okay?

Just to add to the other 2 post when you checked the vacuum hose, did you make sure that your vacuum ball has no cracks?

Ive went over every vacuum line, even took apart the dash to look back behind there. The check valve is also in good working condition.

Is your issue constant or only at cruising RPMs?

If you are confident that the vacuum control sytem, including the mode selector vacuum control, is intact maybe you should consider that the defrost door crank arm is broken and the defrost door is stuck open.

Radio removed. You may get a view of the door (push foam aside). See if it moves when the mode selector is moved.
