Exclamation Have no clue what to do.

Need help. My STEERING IS CRAP... My steering wheel will straighten back up to straight ahead but the only way to drive is having the wheel the the left 4 to 6 inches, THATS WHEN DRIVING AND THATS THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP IT STRAIGHT. When driving if i straighten the wheel to the 12 oclock position it goes to the right. Ive alligned them front tires but the steering issue reamains. Its not the tires and nothing that i can tell is loose so its somewhere in the steering and steering box. ITS TO THE POINT THAT I HAVE TO DRIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.

You need to adjust the drag link. Undo the 2 bolt on the drag link sleeve by the pitman arm at the steering box. Turn the sleeve, untill the steering wheel is straight.

If it's just the steering wheel thats off bro just check both of the tie rods. the one that connects to the pitman arm just adjusts the steering wheel. the Drag link adjusts the in and out of your tires. ( i believe the proper term is toe)

If the only issue here is that the steering wheel is crooked, don't overcomplicate and worry about the incredibly simple. Like said, it's the drag link; loosen the 2 bolts and turn the collar to adjust the wheel. Tighten it back up, done. It has nothing to do with the tie rod or its ends. If not sure which is the tie rod and which is the drag link, get some help, steering is nothing to mess with if you're unsure of what you're doing.

In this pic, the two bolts to the left are what you want to loosen, then take a pipe wrench and turn the collar the direction that makes the wheel straight

I had my dads aligned but the steering wheel still isnt straight. Fixed the death wobble but the mechanic said the steering box was pretty worn which causes the wheel to be more to one side.

did you say it has already been aligned? in other words, you've had an alignment done? if not, the best idea would be to take it to a good alignment shop.
