200K mi service interval
Ok, so my FSM stops listing maintenance procedures at 120K miles and I am rapidly approaching the 200K mark. My XJ is a 2000 4.0, AW4, NP231 D30, C8.25, radiator replaced this past summer due to hair line crack in the plastic end cap (leaked when under pressure and/or at operating temp) coolant temp gauge reads a rock solid 210. Spectre cowl intake installed at same time.
My list so far
Spark plugs (I don't remember when I changed them last)
Oil (4.0, AW4, NP231, and both diffs)
Clean fuel injectors (these may be factory originals) suggestions?
Clean throttle body and IAC (probably never been done)
Additionals while I'm in there
Check torque on flywheel bolts (slight knocking noise at idle)
Check torque on intake and exhaust manifolds (high pitched whistle (affected by gas pedal, loudest while coasting, silent when accelerating) when temp drops below 20deg F that doesn't disappear until after ambient temp goes above 40deg F)
Identify leak somewhere in the AC system (UV dye)
Is there anything else that I am missing or is recommended

The fan clutch was done 3-4 years ago, as far as I know the water pump, thermostat and transmission mount are original. If doing the transmission mount does it make sense to do the engine mounts as well?

^This, and for engine mounts either get OE (Mopar) ones or "upgrade" to something like Brown-Dogs, etc. most of the "stock type" aftermarket ones are junk (the sleeve doesn't have as much rubber over it and tears out quickly), I went through two sets of "stock type" aftermarket mounts that didn't last a year on mine (the original mounts were 17 years old when replaced and just starting to fail).

I was looking at that, Brown Dog vs what O'Reilly caries (Anchor) and wondering what the $80 difference was, from what I can see the Brown Dog's are thicker metal and a bushing vs Anchor's plumber's strap and a thin shaped rubber block with a metal tube running through it.
I suppose I should add that my XJ sees probably 99.95% paved driving with about 5% of that being towing. It gets offroad less than once per year on average. Our local (legal) wheeling spot is constantly having drama of one type or another.

If you do that much DDing I would stay away from brown dog. They are very beefy, but the vibes are too much for a DD imo. If I could do it over again I would have just bought the mopar ones.

Rock Auto has three options (Anchor, Westar and DEA) that are in stock and they all look identical to the Anchor brand. Also if I can save the original housings would it be okay to toss something like the Energy Suspension poly inserts in? Does anyone have a suggestion for a different brand?

I'm running the Rockauto special $4 Anchor mounts, no issues here. Yes they are a little stiffer than stock Mopar ones so I feel a tiny bit of vibration at idle but its barely noticeable. I'm also at 203k miles so I don't really care.
At 200k I'd make sure the cooling system is in tip-top shape. Other than that, basically anything that's a maintenance item needs to be changed... belts, hoses, plugs, seals, water pump, radiator, air filter, valve cover gasket, trans fluid, diff. fluid, radiator fluid, brake fluid, etc. I would really check the condition of your brake lines too, mine were really rusty.
