Default Need cherokee questions answered please!!

I have a 95 jeep cherokee xj with a 4.5 half rubicon express lift, with 33 inch super swampers on it, and when i turn super sharp they rub and when im at almost full flex, im getting the bushwacker flares cut out style, do you think that will eliminate the rubbing pretty much all together??? but i live on the beach so im not going to be doing to much serious offroading so do you think do you think i need to trim and then put the flares on or do you think ill be fine with just the flares???

or do you think i should get 2 inch wheel spacers and if i get them for the front do i have to get them for the back also?

Dont turn super sharp, get bigger bumpstops, if you get them for one get them for the other, if your not doing serious offroading, why you running superswampers?

I hear spacers are a bad bad idea.. not recommended for anyone who wants to do things right!

And I agree with the idea about the bump-stops..

FYI/heads-up = I was told that the bushwackers shatter easily, especially in a cold area (I heard about the beach, where?), and you can only buy an entire set at once $$$$$$$

Rustys flares can be bought one at a time but dont look as good, and are supposedly "flexible," I hear they break too.

Only install them yourself if you know how to manipulate bumpstops.. if not have an installer do it and have them replace them if they shatter

spacers will work just fine, especially for someone that isnt doing much wheeling. if your flexing like crazy, thats when spacers become a bad idea. i had the same problem, i added 2" spacers on top of the coils, and 2" blocks in the rear, no, you will not get bad enough axle wrap to cause a problem, unless you have a v12.
