exhaust / oxygen sensor questions
So i want my exhaust to sound like this.
On the video he has no cat. and 2.5 in pipes until the bends over the axle where it goes to 2 1/4 for a tighter bend. So the question is if he is running no cat isnt your oxygen sensor in the cat. And without the oxygen sensor i would get horrible mpg and run rich. Should i do it and is there anyway to make the oxygen sensor read as if its in the cat but it actually isnt. By the way i have a 1998 Cherokee.

you dont have one in your cat or after your cat.. yours is before the cat.. and its illegal to run without a cat in alot of states idk about yours but it is.. and why dont you just get a highflow cat and run a straight glasspack out the side.. maybe buy some nice headers or something if money isnt a problem

im going to run the manifold into a 2.5in pipe then to a flowaster super 40 with a single offset inlet and dual outlets then out the outlets into 2.5in pipes then narrow down to 2 /14 in pipes and out the back.

with your OBDII jeep the lack of fuel milage and performance due to removing the cat will cost you more than just buying a high flow.....Bottom line you need a o2 Simulator for the rearmost o2 if you plan to remove the cat.
