I lost you there Bill. Honestly don't know, unlikely anything was matched or balanced originally. If I have the option to mark something and put it back the same, I might well do that if it's no real extra work. I have no real knowledge of what did, or did not happen before. If it's no problem to mark it, why not.

Thx Flint, got it all back together. Doesn't seem to be any driveline vibe. The jumping and clugging I'm getting seems to be from the damn exhaust mani gasket that won't seat. I'm in the process of overloading the bolts to 30 pounds. My torque wrench broke tho. Redoing it tonight.
Does the felpro gasket have an "engine" and "manifold" side? Appears not to me. I didn't use any sealer though. Beginning to think I should've.
