Engine performance Questions
Hey, I was just looking for some information regarding performance Parts.
1. I was wondering, I've heard of 4.9L stroker conversions for 4.0s, how much do they cost, where can i find a one, how hard are they to install, and what all do I have to mess with to install it.
2. I eventually want to put a supercharger or at turbo on my 4.0. Looking for some info on where to buy, what to buy, etc.
3. Is the rusty's intake kit any good.

oh yeah, I was wondering if the XJ-Armor Supercharger kit is any good, or if anyone has any experience or knowledge/info on it. Mainly looking at it because of ease of installation and low price.

if your planing on supercharging or turboing the xj dont waste money on intake, just do an airbox mod till your ready to FI,, im kinda interested in SC , have any links?

Edit: ok just saw that sc kit, well, ok,its pretty straight foward,, is a procharger blower, with some pipe and thats it, no info on tuning, nor any cooling, you know that xj tend to heat up pretty quick and your just pushing hot air real fast to the engine, not sure how that will help much,, you better of buying a blower and making your own kit, with some cooling ,also no A/C ?, just my opinion
