Engine Dies
I have a 93 cherokee with a 4.0 HO and it will fire up and run normally when cold after it warn up it sputters and dies. When it first started it would sputter and die while decelerating or at a stoplight. It has been getting progressively worse and it will die if I go around the block or let it idle in the driveway. If I let it sit for 10 minutes it will fire up run fine and then die after anywhere from 20 seconds to 5 minutes. Checked the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor, changed fuel filter, and there is good flow of gas at the injector rail. Could it be CPS, Oxygen sensor? Any help would be great.

Mine did something like that and It was my stator (pickup) in the dist. When it got warm it would just start almost like missing and just getting all screwed up and then die. I think it has something to do with the copper wires. When they get hot it expands and will lose the connection. Hope this helps any
