Default Electrical Problem PLEASE HELP!!!!

took a long trip, so my girlfriend had the laptop plugged into a power inverter through the cig. lighter. all the sudden it made a weird noise and quit working, along with the WIPERS, BLOWER MOTOR, HORN, TURN SIGNALS. the hazzard flashers still work and so do the headlights and fog lights. its drivin me crazy. i checked all fuses and replaced all the relays i can find.

any ideas? thanks!

I`ll look over the wiring diagram and see if there is any common point all those items share and get back to you. I had a problem with 3-4 different things once that seemed to have no connection but after some research I found they all shared a common ground.

I`m still digging but had a thought..You said the horn was out and that you had "replaced all the relays I can find"..I believe the relay for the horn (And some other things) is up underneath the dash just below and to the right of the steering wheel mounted on that little strip of panel that runs all the way across the lower part of the dash. Since the cigarette lighter which seems to be the start of this problem is also right above there I`m wondering if some sort of wiring junction or ground got fried in that area

the turn signal relay is behind the glove box. if you open the glove box and remove the small rubber stop on the top left corner, you can open the glove box so it swings down to the floor. it helps to take all your crap out first of course. look in and you will see a relay on the right. auto parts store sells them for 13 bucks. hope it helps.

i know the feeling. my heat/AC doesn't blow. heat works and A/C kicks on but blower motor won't blow. just replaced the switch console and still nothing. ordered a new blower motor resistor and i hope that fixes it but we will see. also i keep getting a CEL and pulling code 0300 (EVAP system-Large leak). can't find the problem with that one either.
