Default what's it?

yesterday my horn not work and the red Airbag Light in instrument panelalso also showed. Cruise also not work.
i take the steering wheel and found the wire is broke.
can i repair the part?

That would be your clock spring, it connects the electrical junk on your steering wheel (horn, airbag, cruise) while allowing the wheel to turn. It can probably be repaired if you are handy with a fine tipped soldering iron. The wires on the ribbon are pretty small. It's hard to tell by those pictures, is the connector itself broken as well?

Also, make sure your battery is disconnected for 15minutes before messing with that thing or your airbags may deploy in your face.

thank you. that is the clock spring. i found it in ebay today. but i think i can not buy it to China due to high tax and shippment. my xj is the only one in China. so i can not find any part in our country.
