Hey guys! Im new to the jeep scene and had a question about my xj. Ive already done the tune up thing and my jeep still has a rough idle and hesitation when taking off. I was thinking it may be my cat being stopped up but im not for sure. Its a 93 model with the 4.0 H.O. with only about 75k on it. Im kinda stuck on what to do next. Any help would sure be appreciated. Oh one more thing. Do any of you guys have problems with your air filter getting covered with oil? I replaced it when I tuned it up about 200 miles ago and it is already pretty much covered with oil. I read somewhere that the Jeeps have a bad pcv system on them but I can remember what the cure is. Again, thanks for the help and info.

well the oil on the air filter would be a sign
of blow by but with only 75k the cat is a good suspect
the older cats were only good for 80 to90k but could last up to 200k +
