O2 Sensors...where to buy?

O2 Sensors...where to buy?
Alright, I think it's time for me to buy new O2 Sensors. Five years ago I purchased "pull off" O2 sensors off eBay. The guy said they were used for 2 hours to tune a vehicle on a Dyno and then sold at a crazy discount...or something to that effect.
Long story short, my MPG's are suffering lately and I believe it's time to get new ones. What upsets me, is my naive-ness in the matter...they ended up being "universal" and I had to clip n' splice the wires.
So, where does everyone buy their O2 Sensors?
I have a 99 Cherokee 4.0L so 2 sensors I believe. 4" Lift, 31's, 3.55.

Seafoamed the beast and did a thorough cleaning of the TB.
I also upgraded to 784 injectors. ECU reset after all this.
I drive like a freakin' granny. Always forcing a shift at 2500 RPM's or less.
I know, I know "Why'd you buy a Jeep if 13 MPG isn't acceptable. Get a Prius!" Anyone frustrated with their MPG's has heard that argument a thousand times before...yes, thank you...that is very helpful.

I bought mine straight from Mopar. I do work at a Toyota shop so we get a slight discount. Still not cheap. But worth it in my eyes. Bought one once from advanced and it was a dud from the factory....didn't fix a dang thing. Returned it and got another. Worked for a month then crapped out. Got my money back after some arguing back and forth and called up the dealership. Mopar 02 sensor hasn't let me down since....6 months so far. Everything I buy now is from mopar....had too many bad parts from the parts stores.

Universal oxygen sensors can be bad news. As you mentioned, lesson learned.
I specifically seek out NTK oxygen sensors. They are a huge OEM supplier to the automotive industry. Bosch are okay, but the heating element has slightly different specs. that have "possibly" given a problem or two.

I work in a Chrysler/jeep/dodge garage as a tech been doing it for around four years now and we won't even instal an o2 sensor if it's not a mopar part to many come backs and complaints with the Chinese store parts. Won't use anything but champion plugs either..

Mopar parts?
Since MOPAR/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep don't actually make O2 sensors, the question is more along the lines of which aftermarket/OEM supplier brand is the same as the OEM model.
Due to recent events, I will never again buy anything with the Chrysler name on it. So I also would like an answer to this question.

NTK = NGK?
So, would I go to Mopar.com for the sensors? I know I'm going to have to drop some coin here...but if I could save a few bucks on the genuine Mopar...where would I go?

Before you buy new why don't you clean it? Over time they get built up with carbon, go figure. So you pull it out and spray it with brake clean and shake. You must repeat this several times until you are satisfied that the carbon is off the be-be inside normally about 7-10 times. The only 02 sensors I have had gone bad are when they get cracked when caught on trees. lol

Rockauto. $20-$30 cheaper than the local auto parts. I just bought an up-stream for $31 Denso from them. I think the Bosch was around $40.

Pull the O2 out, spray it with brake cleaner (I've heard Electronics cleaner elsewhere), shake it. Spray it again, shake again. Repeat 7 to 10 times?

I can't believe I am asking but . . .
I was recently diagnosing my A/C system.
Testing relays, circuits, power at a few points etc . . .
I also had the CEL with P041 P0155 among others.
Wasn't shifting properly.
I read a few posts of CF and was reminded to K.I.S.S. and start from the
beginning in a diagnosis.
Battery - good
Fuse of main circuit - . . .
#10, 15 amp had been popped from my previous checking.
Replace #10. Everything solved, fan, compressor cycling, 02's, shifting.
So, start from square one when diagnosing.
And a big Thank You to trusty and reliable CF members.

Hmm interesting, found this:
I can't check the fuses right now since my Heep is sitting at a Fab shop getting some Shackle Relocation Brackets fitted.
So, here's my plan of action when I get the Heep back:
1) Check the fuses
2) Not sure about cleaning them...lots of back and forth info here:
