a/c on and i get a loud fan noise!
hey fella's i got an issue that might not be a biggie but i figured id bring it to panel for discussion. ok this only happens when i turn the a/c on and im at a stop- i hear this really loud fan spooling type noise! now my thought process was that since i dont have the ram air anymore from the motion then i got the fan running for a reason a/c or radiator. but i just wanted to know if this is common or maybe i got something going bad on my 99' classic! thanks

Is it a screeching noise? If so, check your serpentine (drive) belt for tension. If it's loose, tighten it up. If it's cracked or worn, get a new one.
