Default Bushwacker+33's+stock=?

Hi I'm picking up my 2000 XJ sport this weekend. My plans are to install Rusty's 4.5" lift, 33" bfg A/Ts, and bushwacker flares. My question is before I get the lift, would the 33's fit with bushwacker cutouts at stock height for street use?

I know that the setup would not be good for offroading. I just need to know if the bushwacker cutout flares will clear the 33s for normal onroad driving until I get together all the parts for my 4.5" long arm lift.
Thanks guys

you can do it.

33's on a stock suspension, trimmed isn't an impossible feat
