depends on your wheel backspacing, tire width, shock length, amount you trimmed, and how much you feel like rubbing.

This is a Body lift puck:
-Drilled center hole to size
-cut in half
-hose clamp to shock
-EVS shock bumpstop for cushion
Its pretty cheap. I used a fork lift to figure out how far to let the suspension compress.

i dunno about that shock bump stop i dont like it tho shocks aint made to stop suspension travel they are used to control it, for the front go to dicks sporting goods or ebay and something and get some hockey pucks drill a hole in the middle of them get appropriate length bolt for how many you have decided to use and bolt them in, there is a hole in the bottom of the coil bucket you can use. as for the rear there are several options to choose, perosnally im gonna weld some box tub ontop of the ubolt top plate that sticks out far enough to hit the frame, also if you still have stock bumpstops just get longer bolts for them and make a thick enough spacer

shock bump stops are bad idea. you risk bending the shaft on the shock. use hockey pucks in your coils. but you need to flex it out and measure
