Default bump stop

so whail digging into the front of my jeep and putting lift on it i discovered that the bumpstop has 2 piece and its welded to gether
so if i cut the bottom of (the spot with the flair) will the suspention be alrigh

Shouldn't be welded there is a bolt that holds the bottom part on. You have to pry the rubber part out to get to it.

i pryd and nothing there only option really is to cut it really

Why do you need to cut it off? Did you remove the rubber bump stop and check for the 15mm bolt inside the one with the flair? If your springs unload when your axle droops like mine does it matters. Mine would fall out.
