Default GM power antennas

GM power antennas replace your broken XJ's with little modification.

Has anyone done this
And what parts to order/ years or models

Can someone elaborate for me longer rear brake line. The guide say 95-00 Dakota works. I was checking my AutoZone app and 95-96 first generation Dakotas use the same brake line as a Cherokee. And 97-00 second generation Dakotas do have a longer brake line but have m10x10 ends as Cherokees have 3/8x24 ends. Also I searched 2wd Dakotas is that where I messed up? Anyone use the brake line? And if so did you make an adaptor to make it work? Im at 4-4.5 inches and need new brake lines why replace when you can upgrade. Thanks for any info.

Update it was the 2wd that is where I messed up the correct part needs to be from 96 and older 4wd Dakotas. Also ram 1/2 ton 4wd 93-96 is the same part too. 22.99 @ AutoZone.

I was looking over the long list posted in this thread and one part says:

Body/Interior/Armor:
1. 97+ mirrors are direct bolt in to older XJ's and allow you to fold them in on tight trails.

My 1993 XJ has fold in mirrors. Does this mean they have been swapped out at some point?

Are they more of a square/boxy or are they rounded on the ends? Rounded are newer style. I changed my old broken ones to newer style. Nice if I may add.

Do they fold in and stay in, or are they on a spring? The spring ones are factory, what they mean by this is you can fold them in and they stay in iirc

I have a friend who has an older xj and his mirrors fold in but spring back out they don't say folded in but the newer mirrors stay folded in, at least I think that's the difference someone correct me if I'm wrong.

So what are the zj coil spring isolators? And what do they look like? Do they add some lift?

Its is what sits atop the coil spring between the coil and the body.
