Default Broken Door Hinges

I know this is a very common thing with these rigs. I have been looking for writeup on the proper way to fix the hinges. Anybody point me in the correct direction??

Is it a 2 door or 4 door? I just took my whole door off got new roll pins for the hinges. PUshed the hinges back to where there supposed to be. Welded the **** out of them and put new roll pins in em.

I just re welded mine. The little tiny factory weld they put on there is pathetic so eventually it will rip away. Like I said I just took the door off and got them pushed back in place. And welded them back up. When I put new roll pins in I actually went to the next size bigger then drilled out both parts of the hinge so that it would have a tight fit again. I took a day to do but that was with all the other little crap we did. If you just did it you should be able to do all of it and re align the door in half a day at my normal pace.

all right cool thanks. i seen on TRUCKS that they did it to their "budget" xj and it seemed it was a little more involved than "just doing it." I can do that haha.
