Stryker's XJ is a "WOODY" edition but, his is an 87 Waggoneer. Very cool look.

(2) XJ's had the wood-sides.

Wagoneers (Early Cherokees)

And

The Briarwood model.
BUT not ALL Briarwoods had the wood-sides.

Thanks for the jeads up, Howler. I love the Woody look. I thought I was going to have to buy an older one if I decided to get a Woody. I'll just keep my eye out for a newer Briarwood Edition, then. Although the quad headlights look cool on the Waggys, too.

The Briarwood was supposedly a step above the limited in nice interior stuff....

But I love the woody look.

Check that awesome stocker stereo....LOL....it even has cassette. I kept my stocker until the right side speaker channel blew out. The radio worked great!

Hey, Bro you keep that thing until it dies. IMHO, old rock n roll is all that should be heard from a speaker.

Briarwood sounds stuck up to me, so it makes sense for it to be a step above the Limited, lol.

As for the radio, I love my Pioneer CD player with Sirius Satellite Radio, which I paid for the lifetime subscription. I never use my AM/FM anymore unless I'm listening for traffic reports.
