I only dealt with them twice. First time took 2 weeks to get a part, even though they billed my credit card the day I ordered. The next time I dealt with them was about the same but they billed my credit card the day they shipped the parts.

Every other vendor I deal with bills when shipped, and most of the time I get parts within 3 days, even when coming from the other side of the country.

Now I've always had great customer service from them.

Hell I've even called to get info about other company's lifts, and got good useful info. Even when they thought the other company was better they said so..

I'd buy Rusty's and no think twice about it..
