Default balljoint backing out

my balljoint backed out a little bit so i had it tack welded on the steering knuckle. anyone know if there is another prblem causing this to happen. new balljoint too

Press-fit balljoints really only work well once...

Most aftermarket are oversized by a couple thousanths to compensate for the bit of metal that comes out with your old joint.

If you remove an aftermarket one, a stock one will literally "fall" into the now-oversized hole.

Aftermarket stuff (assuming) is apparently a little different than original. Good catch before something really bad happened.
