baja light mounting question

Default baja light mounting question
I'd like to mount these on the bumper but don't want to drill holes in my bumper. Is there a mounting bracket for these somewhere. Or can someone tell me how they fabbed theirs?

my '89 had factory holes already drilled in the top of the bumper!?!? but if ur doesnt it wouldnt be hard to drill them up...
