If I get two inch coil spacers would I need to get a 3" drop pitman arm? I would also like to limit articulation of the left front (droop?) To keep the front driveshaft from hiting the down pipe of the header. I have a 97' sport with a 4.5" RE superflex with 32' tires. Any ideas or thoughts would help thanks.
You will need to drop the pitman arm in order to be parallel with the track bar, so when you have finished adding the spacers you will know if 1 or 3 in drop is required.

However there are option for me to choose in terms of inlet/outlet measurement diameter.

I've looked in the internet but did not found the answer. Hope you guys could help me on this.

Many thanks,

It depends if you keep the stock pipeing before the muffler you choose 2 inlet and whatever outlet you want.

Oh yeah the codes:
Here are the codes:
P0135-oxy sensor heater - bank 1 - Sensor 1
P0141 - oxy sensor heater - Circuit bank 1 - sensor 2
P0155 - oxy sensor heater - Circuit bank 2- sensor 1
P0161 - oxy sensor heater - Circuit bank 2 - Sensor 2
P0158 - oxy sensor - Circuit high voltage - bank 2 - sensor 2

Like I said I changed all four O2 sensors.
Check the O2 sensor heater relay.

Desmantle everything.

Thanks, I pulled the oil pan to clean out the sludge and in the process changed the flange gasket at the exhaust manifold. Now there's only the ticking at idle but it goes away when the pressure builds up.

Got a quick question. I found someone selling an ARB air locker. Does anyone know if you have to have a specific locker for your gear ratio, or will one locker work with the factory carrier, and a different one for the bigger carrier? I have the factory 3:55 and want to go to 4:10's eventually. I don't want to buy this locker now and then have to buy another one later. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Default Hard Starting

My 98 XJ NEVER starts on the first try unless I just had it running. Doesnt matter how long I hold down the starter, but as soon as I cut it off and try again it usually fires right up. Sometimes it take a bit longer than others to start. Is this normal with the 4.0 I6?

Also, when I put my XJ in drive the drivetrain "clunks" everytime, is this my universal joint or could it be something else? I know its not the motor mount.

Not normal. Check fuel pressure and verify the fuel pump does come on when you turn the key to "ON"

Check the connection to the CPS also if it becomes corroded or bad connection it could cause a no spark condition.

Most likely a U joint.

It could be valve train noise. A little noise is okay but if it is loud it would be a good idea to check the valve lash.

Welcome welcome!

Most simple way to determine the size pipe you have is to measure it. Use a caliper or tape measure. I don't know much about the diesels but most XJ exhaust pipes are 2.25" diameter.
