very well could be and if not it's $20 well spent anyway ya know. I do know with a clogged up filter and low trans fluid it will make a trans act wierd and do things you wouldn't think a trans would do.

2. trying to lower my axle so i can atleast put in the one leaf spring i have off. i remembered i had to extend my brake lines with that bracket that comes with the kit. i got under there and looked and so far the origional bracket is welded on, theres a nut or fastener i cant really tell what it is, its all rusted together. i have no idea how to get it off.

i finaly got the brake line out and extended. that bolt is still in there tho and i cant figure out how to get it out. i tryed more head and more PB but still it doesnt budge. any suggestions?

so instead of wasteing time trying to bang it out i figured i could throw in
my other leaf while i thought of an idea for it. i got the leaf bolted up in the back and it is to short to reach the front or the center pin. did i order the wrong leaf pack? 96 xj sport

You're supposed to attach the front spring eye before you attach the rear shackle to the frame attaching point.

With the stuck front bolt the nut on the inside of the "frame" rail should be tacked to the body, but I for 1 have had the fun experience of having the welds break! So what I had to do was cut a section out of my floor board to acess the nut, then weld it all back up when its all done up... Hope for ur sake this isn't what u gotta do!

Default clean up and oring ? for fuel injectors

I've looked around and found alot of useful info for my fuel injectors but I still have a couple of questions. 1 Does it matter if I use carb cleaner or does it HAVE to be fuel injector cleaner. 2 How do you remove the orings and what about the pintles, can they be removed and reinstalled?? How? What happens if you don't install them,( the pintels ) or only on half will my jeep run like crap or just blow up. I've never touched the injectors on any vehicle before so I want to make sure I get everything right.

All of my major rust spots were on my transmission tunnel. Anyone else had this issue? I'm assuming 20G would be the best for repairing this area?
I also knocked 3 small holes in other parts with a screw driver. Maybe floor pans were a bad idea...

If you don't compress the leaf it will never fit. Lower the jeep on it's wheels.
