Note the part numbers. Some are the same.

The only way you're gonna find what you're looking for is to GO LOOK!
Around the Jeep that is. In these parts, we call it "noggin pokin".
That's where you use your God given senses to inspect YOUR Jeep for problems. We can only provide you with guidance as to where to poke your noggin.
There's no Silver Bullet cure you're gonna find from a keyboard, mouse and monitor.

So while replacing my rear hard lines tomorrow, I hope to also swap my stock proportioning valve internals for the zj ones I got with my disc brake swap.
Cruiser, I have owed you a write up for a while.
1) will the zj prop valve guts in my xj prop valve still keep separate circuits? Given my recent brake loss, I dont want to be totally up s*** creek if another line ever were to go.
2) with the guts installed, is there any special orientation or magic? Or simply carefully pull the old ones out, new ones in, bolt down?
3) should I bleed the prop valve when done?
Thanks yall!

3M VHB (not the stuff in the parts store, you have to order this through industrial suppliers like Uline) They put windows on skyscrapers with this stuff. I buy it from an Ebay seller called zorotools. They'll sell you a smaller quantity, more affordable than buying a whole roll from a supplier.

2) yes. Simply bolt down
3) Just bleed the brakes as normal.

so, just got home from work. made a quick stop about 2 min away from the house and when I came back out saw steam coming from under the hood. checked and got a whiff of antifreeze. looked in reservoir, almost empty. I noticed that fluid was leaking right about at the firewall underneath vehicle. nothing inside cab and no smell.
had coolant in the back so filled to proper level and came straight home. checked level in reservoir, stayed exactly where I filled to. no leak once I got home. ran it for a bit and gauge stayed steady right in the middle. any thoughts?
did a search but haven't found anything that addresses this kind of issue. hoping its just a heater hose, but has this ever happened to any of you folks and what was the cause? i'll do some noggin pokin' tomorrow but any help is greatly appreciated.
